Hiking tour Lauwand
Short description
The Lauwand is a panoramic peak not far from the famous Ifinger and absolutely worthy of a short mountain hike.
Description
Schenna above the spa town of Meran is particularly popular with Nordic walkers and wellness holidaymakers. But hikers also get their money's worth in Schenna, for example on the four-and-a-half-hour tour to the Lauwand.
Route description: The starting point of the hiking tour is the Gasthaus Pichler in Schenna. From there, take the cable car to the Taseralm and continue on foot along trail no. 18a.
The path leads to the Ifinger hut. From there, hikers take path no. 20 and walk first uphill, then flat through mixed forest and finally in the direction of Lenzeben.
