The about 90 museums in South Tyrol bear as well witness of the rich cultural heritage. The museums are spread all over the region and are dedicated to different topics, such as the Museum of Archaeology in Bozen, the Schneeberg Mine in Ridnaun or the Touriseum in Meran.
South Tyrol’s culture also includes the fantastic world of legends, celebrities such as Reinhold Messner and the countless cultural events taking place all year round.
