Description
From the highest point of the former castle hill, a small church with a majestic, imposing tower greets the valley. This was once a vassal castle of the Lords of Taufers.

Route description
From Kematen near Sand in Taufers, hikers take trail no. 3 to St. Walburgkirche church. You can either return along the same route or via the Innerhaslerhof snack station or the Prennhof snack station.
