Hiking in Vinschgau

When you think of hiking in the Vinschgau Valley, the first thing that comes to mind are probably the sunny and mostly pleasant "Waalwege paths" of the valley, which lead along old irrigation channels. However, the west of South Tyrol has much more to offer. In the Ortler area, for example, even the most demanding alpinists will get their money's worth, and in the rest of the Vinschgau Valley, certainly everyone who cannot spend a free day without mountain and trekking boots.
