Skiing region Rosskopf
Sterzing in upper Eisacktal is situated in the central Alps. However, it is easily accessible by car or train. Only two minutes on foot from the medieval city centre of Sterzing, a modern gondola cableway quickly transports winter sports lovers on top of Mt. Rosskopf.

The longest and lit toboggan run with guaranteed snow conditions awaits tobogganers each day and once a week at night as well. 10 km of perfectly prepared runs will delight all passionate snow lovers.

On top of Mt. Rosskopf, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view going from the Zillertal Alps over the Dolomites to Stubai Alps. A six kilometres long cleared winter hiking path is ideal for hiking lovers.
