Children's playground apple orchard in Raas

The children's playground at the Moser Wiese in Raas is a true apple paradise. The inspiration comes from the Natz-Schabs high plateau and its long tradition of apple growing.

Seen from above, the playground shows apple cores of various sizes in which the play equipment is placed. These interpret the apple in all its facets. A huge wooden apple tower with various ascent and descent options, from ropes to ladders and slides, catches the eye. At the highest point, at the apple stalk, you have a panoramic view of the landscape. There is also a water pump with a mud area, several climbing frames, a nest swing or toddler swing, a willow tepee, seesaw animals, a trampoline and a climbing trunk. Several benches with and without tables and a large meadow invite you to picnic, romp around or simply relax. Parking is available directly in front of the playground.

Algund adventure playground

The adventure playground in the Algund sports and recreation area is a play paradise for children of all ages. It has been planned together with children, young people and adults and makes it a special place for leisure and learning. Various play elements such as trampolines, water and sand games, climbing and balancing equipment, a tree house and a natural kitchen encourage children's motor skills and creativity. But there are also more traditional games such as slides, swings and a sandpit. The highlight of the park, however, is the long, enclosed giant slide, which starts from a high wooden tower on a small hill. Right next door there is a bar, a mini golf and felt golf course as well as a football pitch and volleyball court.

Portjoch-Wald-Tropfenhaus with exercise trail in the Pflersch Valley

There are 6 stations with different activities along the pushchair-friendly adventure trail "On the trail of water" in the Pflersch Valley. One station is the Portjoch-Wald-Tropfenhaus playground with an exercise trail, which puts the little ones' sense of balance and climbing skills to the test. The centrepiece of the playground is the drop-shaped wooden tree house. The children climb up a tree ladder and then slide down again on the other side. Especially on hot days, the water adventure trail and playground is an ideal place to seek refreshment. If you want to walk the whole trail, you can park in the free car parks at Ibsenplatz or Gossensass railway station. However, if you only want to go to the Portjoch-Wald-Tropfenhaus playground, you can leave your car at the Ladurns valley station.

Hidden between tall trees in the middle of a clearing behind the Three Peaks Nature Park House is the WaldWunderWelt in Toblach. Children get to know the forest habitat in a playful and interactive way. They can look around the tree village with its 3 tree houses, follow the tracks of forest animals, go on a mushroom hunt, learn all about trees and wood, climb into a giant bird's nest or even discover a fox den and otter slide. Between the exploratory tours, a wooden fountain and special benches provide the necessary relaxation.

Here, the little ones can splash around in the water and really let off steam. The highlight of the park is the central duck pond and the nearby stream. Here, children can playfully explore the element of water, organise races with self-built boats or watch tadpoles. The playground also has various swings, slides, a wooden cart with wooden horses, a wooden house, climbing frames and much more. Also, worth mentioning is the mini golf course with 12 stations where kids can swing a club or the Kneipp facility where adults can refresh themselves.

Not far away, along the hiking trail to Oberrasen, is the "Wasserwaldile", a water course with various stations that encourage children's skills and creativity.
