Who loves special challenges, can make a tandem flight or train on a speed hiking trail. Then, within seven minutes by a modern cableway, you will be back in Meran inviting to make a shopping tour in the picturesque city centre.

A paradise for horse lovers

The popular horse breed of the Haflingers has its origin in the village Hafling. On the back of these versatile leisure horses with their blonde manes and balanced temper, you can experience the wonderful natural landscape of Hafling or Vöran very closely. As well, there are romantic carriage rides.

Outdoor fun for everyone

Also in summer, Meran 2000 offers tobogganing fun: The Alpin Bob begins at Piffing valley station and is fun for the whole family. The more than one kilometre long toboggan run on rails hovers up to twelve metres above the ground and offers a wonderful thrill.

At the Outdoor Kids Camp near the top station of Meran 2000 cableway, kids can give their urge to move free rein, training power, balance and agility for free. Whereas the kids play at the “Wackel parcours”, on the climbing wall and on the slacklines, parents can relax on sunbeds enjoying the dreamlike view. A petting zoo awaits small animal lovers with ponies, dwarf goats and rabbits.
