With its many apple orchards and vineyards, the south of South Tyrol is also known as the Garden of Eden of South Tyrol and is the area for connoisseurs and active holidaymakers.

Route description
The cycle tour starts in Terlan. From there, the route follows the tarmac cycle path along the right bank of the Adige to Vilpian and on to Gargazon. There, cyclists cross the Adige bridge and cross the wine route. Cyclists continue along the road towards the mountainside, turn right and follow the road to the Krebsbach inn. From there, the route continues either on the signposted "Apfelradweg" cycle path or in the direction of Nals.
Cyclists then reach a crossroads: turn left here onto Nalser Straße. Cyclists continue left here and cycle towards Vilpian and the Adige bridge, where leisure cyclists return to Terlano and the Wine Road on the Adige cycle path.
