It is known far beyond the region and is grown in many places in the whole world. The Gewürztraminer wine from Tramin is one of the best ones of its kind and continues to receive international awards.
In order to celebrate this special wine, there will be a festival in the historical village centre of Tramin also this year: The Gewürztraminer Wine Road! Many wineries and winegrowers form Tramin and from other localities along the South Tyrolean Wine Route will offer their Gewürztraminers. Also, some wineries from Trentino will participate this year again.
Summery dishes will be served matching the wine. Wonderful live music will guarantee the finest entertainment and an atmospheric ambiance. Connoisseurs and wine lovers should absolutely not miss this special highlight.
From Kaltern, St. Josef am See and Kurtatsch there will be a free shuttle service starting from 7:30 pm.
