Potato Festival & Week

This year, for the 14th time, in Niederdorf there will be held the Potato Festival & the Potato Weeks. In September, the entire village is dedicated to the tasty tuber.
Between 19 and 28 September 2025, you should not be surprised if many restaurants in Niederdorf, offer an above-average number of potato menus. During the Potato Weeks, many of them are dedicated to traditional food. So they serve potato dishes in many variations, combined with local products.

In addition, the popular Potato Festival will take place again this year – on 27 and 28 September 2025. The programme includes traditional music, typical Tyrolean dishes based on the potato, special surprises for children and a farmers' market.
