Starting point of the tour

Wengen

Destination of the tour

Fanesalm

Route description

The cycle tour starts in Wengen and first takes cyclists to Cians and past a few quaint hamlets. The route continues on forest path no. 6 to the Rittsee lake and the Rittjoch (1,836 m). From here, the bikers cycle down to the tarmac road to St. Vigil and Pederü and tackle the ascent to the Pederü hut. Here the cyclists join the steep Dolomites high trail and pedal up to the Fanesalm. At the Fanes hut, they can recover from the previous stage and recharge their batteries for the next one. The tour immediately continues up to the Limojoch and along Lake Limo until you reach Col del Locia on high-level trail no. 11. From here, the route follows a stony path to Capanna Alpina and continues on a tarmac road to St. Kassian and St. Leonhard. From St. Leonhard, a single trail leads back to the starting point in Wengen.
