The Yoga Days South Tyrol have been created with the purpose to make yoga even more popular in this region. In autumn, the event will again take place at the Lumen Museum on Mt. Kronplatz, directly on the top at 2,275 m above sea level.
On 27 and 28 September 2025, a varied programme awaits the participants, including different types of yoga classes & workshops.
From Ashtanga yoga to Slow yoga, from Mantra Chanting to Breath work, there are diverse highlights on this weekend.
Vegetarian & vegan lunch dishes can be purchased flexibly on site. There is also a small buffet with snacks and drinks in the chill area and market stalls with handmade products. A visit to the extraordinary Lumen Museum is also recommended.
Information & tickets
Tickets will be available directly from the Yoga Days website (website in German). The ascent and descent with the cable car from Reischach are included in the ticket price.
