Best entertainment, good music, typical “Kirschta” dishes – and all this in front of the impressive mountains in early autumn: this is the village fair “Keila Kirschta” in Pichl/Gsies.
In September, you have to get your lederhosen and dirndl out again and go to Pichl/Gsies. The traditional feast starts on Saturday 27 September 2025, when the strong men of the village try to put up the so-called “Kirschtamichl” tree. In the evening, there will be a concert in the marquee.
On Sunday 28 September, the feast goes on in the late morning with the morning pint. The highlight of the village fair is the popular parade starting at 1 pm with decorated cows and local music bands.
