Gompm Alm „the unplugged taste“

Exact details on dates, times and programmes can be obtained directly from the organiser.On 22nd August 2021, the picturesque Gompm Alm will once again become a meeting place for gourmets and connoisseurs. 6 award-winning chefs will prepare exquisite dishes on old wood-burning stoves. The culinary delights are accompanied by suitable international and regional wines, beers and home-made juices.
The various cooking stations of Gompm Alm "the unplugged taste" are located on the meadows around the alpine hut. Between antipasti, starters, main courses and desserts, you may look over the chef's shoulders as they prepare their dishes.

Moreover, you may taste the exquisite products of local producers at various gourmet stations.
The price is €140 per person and includes all dishes, drinks and tastings. Please register in good time, as the number of participants is limited. In case of rain, the event will be postponed to Monday, 23 August 2021, or the reservation amount will be refunded free of charge.
