In recent years, yoga has become part of life for many people, becoming a good habit practised with regularity and even introduced in school, because anyone can approach to yoga!
Health & well-being
For an entire weekend, yoga will be the protagonist in Meran. There will be meetings, seminars, open classes of different levels in which to experiment and get to know something more about that. Those who want can also do treatments like Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Watsu and Kinesiology.
The Yoga Meeting will take place in a unique setting in Meran, the Kurhaus, which will become a true oasis of tranquillity and meditation. Great teachers and yogis from different countries will participate in the event. The entrance to the festival is free, as well as most of the seminars and courses.
